You carry stuff forward and after years and years of carrying it forward, memories stagnate and become toxic. The doctors of this world are trying their best to cure the stagnation. But, there is more cancer and heart ailments in the world today, there is more everything in the world today because we are carrying so much stagnation.

Release some of your stagnation. This is the only alive moment.

In the infinite universe, which is a big place, there are forces that we are not yet aware of. But, the ones we are aware of we need to make our selves more aware of and use them, the electricity and magnetism in our bodies, as well as the way we can create that piezoelectric field with our voices. We need to be very conscious of the words we use with both of our voices: our singing and our thinking.

In the morning, walk up to the mirror and say: “I’m still here!” In that moment of abstract joy, you create a relationship between you and You, and are aware of your body the whole day.

Be aware of your breathing in it. Be aware of your moving in it and move like you dance, or like you wish you could dance, and really get in touch with the music of your life.
