Every moment of your life is filled with both seeds and fertilizer. You experience each of these and then store them in your brain. Neither of these are for immediate consuming in this moment, but they can be used together to create a magnificent future. There are areas of your brain that connect these sequences and make the decisions to plant the seeds and use the fertilizer. The seeds are for planting and will become consumables as they grow to fruition. The fertilizer, usually manure (the sh*t that happens in life), is for feeding and growing these seeds. If either of these are consumed in the moment, then the seeds are not available for creating your future, and the manure is toxic to this and every other moment . . . It leaves you with hurt feelings and a bad taste.

There are parts of your brain that can be trained to either become hurt and hopeless, or understanding and inspired.

Make the choice; when you find yourself in the grasp of the common sensations of feeling hurt, toxic and without a future, look at the sequences you are practicing . . . look at how you’ve interpreted your moments.

Consciously and methodically rearrange the sequences of your experiences.

Shift your interpretations. @gurusinghdaily (Click to Tweet!)

Prepare the future by planting your seeds in the manure that is dumped on you. Nourish these seeds, remain grateful, remain clear, remain ever hopeful like the zero card of the tarot . . . be the ‘Fool’ that observes each moment from the position of its advantage.

There are parts of your brain that can make these connections and take these advantages in real-time. Our prayer is that you use your brain to make the decision for taking advantage of every moment; practice knowing the difference and value of both the seeds and the manure that always collect in life; never take offense to either one of them, but use them both to build the future of your dreams . . . when people call you foolish and naive — use their criticism as the richest fertilizer ever.
