Just a few years ago, as I trotted downstairs to my home-based Pilates studio to see my first client of the day, thoughts began swimming in my brain.

I thought, what’s next? Is there more?

Don’t get me wrong. I felt super blessed and accomplished to have gone through multiple certifications, nailed my practice (in my opinion) and built an incredible, thriving business.

But it was time for the next chapter in my life. I just knew I could serve the world in an even bigger way.

How about you? Do you ever look at your life and wonder, is this all there is?

…You wake up, fill your day with tasks, go to bed and then do it all over again the next day.

 Wait a sec!

Is this all there is? Or is there MORE?

My friend, there is SO MUCH more. But you can’t just sit there waiting for your awesome life to come looking for you.

You have to reach for it. That’s what I did.

For me, it meant becoming a student again. It meant becoming humble and literally starting over—AGAIN.

If, like I did, you want MORE out of life, you need to be willing to ask for what you want. If you don’t, you may never know what’s out there waiting for you.

Your dreams might just pass you by while your back is turned.

As a coach, I work with people on all ends of the spectrum. When they begin working with me, some are super determined to create happy, successful lives and businesses. They’re all-in.

They are coachable and willing to make necessary changes and to up-level their personal development, so to speak.

If they fall or encounter a bump or a perceived obstacle, they are willing to keep on moving forward.

And there are also people who say they want more out of life but their actions (and downright belief levels) don’t show it. So I kind of doubt whether they really are ready to make a shift.

These people may SAY they are committed and willing to follow through and yet they allow excuses to hold them back over and over again.

It’s a non-stop story of  “reasons” why they can’t make changes that could lead them to higher levels of success.

It’s so easy to blame someone or something else for what’s going on in your life. To do this means you’re not taking personal responsibility.

And it can sure feel better to blame someone else rather than to look deeper within your own self.

You may NOT like what you see and you may realize you have to make a change. And that CAN be hard (and emotional).

I get it. I have been there myself. We all have.

But me, I WAS willing to take a look. I have ALWAYS been interested in going deeper. And it’s SO interesting to be able to choose a thought that will move me in what I know is the right direction.

And so I want you to know:

Wherever you are, there’s more you can do.

No matter how far you’ve come, there’s more for you to see and experience.

And even if your dreams SEEM out of reach, they are not.
