And how do we change the walls into bridges? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please.
In my opinion…I think it’s dealing with each person/situation one at a time that’s caused a wall. Forgiveness plays a big role too. Forgive so to free yourself…and thus cause the wall to come down so to become a bridge to brighter days!
Break the wall down brick by brick and use them as part of your bridge … lol
It takes time and honesty, esp with yourself, to take each wall down. After all, it took nearly a lifetime to build yourself these walls of protection! Looking over the cause(s) of each wall will take time.
trust is fundamental for us to build bridges instead of walls
Its only for protection. It seems like a good thing for the walls to stay. So no one else can hurt us . as an individual I’ll let in my life whomever I can trust. Thats why I have desernment to recognize who is good and who is a liar.
