Are You Fragile or Antifragile?

It’s time to strengthen ourselves and move from being fragile to being robust to being antifragile. As Nassim Taleb tells us in his book Antifragile: Things That Gain from Disorder: “Wind extinguishes a candle and energizes the fire.”
So…are you fragile or antifragile?
