Summer means lighter clothes, lighter meals, and longer sunlit filled days. Can this translate to a lighter mood, too? I think summer is the perfect time to make a conscious decision to peel off anything that has been weighing you down.

In hopes of inspiring you to embrace the idea of shedding layers, letting go, and feeling lighter, I want to guide you through a short summer flow meditation.

So turn off your phone, close the door, get comfortable. We’ll start with a full body cleansing relaxation.

Let’s get started…

Enjoy the summertime with the longer days and loads of fresh fruits and veggies. Whatever it is you’re holding onto that no longer serves your greatest good, shed it, just like your winter wardrobe, and leave it in last season. Make the conscious decision that whatever new leaf you want to turn over, you will do now.
