One of Life’s greatest and most constant opportunities is to own our experiences.

Our experiences make us who we are. They remind us that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As painful as it is to see and realize, we have a role in all of them. Even the really unpleasant ones that we’d much rather blame on others.

I had one myself this week. More on that in a minute.

The core belief of Wild Soul Movement is: Everything you’ve ever needed has always been inside of you.

And the goal is peel back the layers and beliefs that have been cast over your true nature by past and present lives, ancestors, and the big WHOLE collective Life.

Whether you trust, love or accept yourself yet, feel like enough, are caught up on your to-do list or behind – you are exactly where you need to be, surrounded by everything you need.

There is nothing wrong with you.

I recently asked someone to consider why something triggered them. It was unsolicited feedback (which I personally am not a fan of so why I would offer it seems silly, but it was perfect because there was a lesson I needed in there).

This woman took my question as me saying there was something wrong with her.

There’s nothing wrong with anyone.

That’s what everything we’ve ever needed is inside of us means.

It’s an invitation to look into the dark and ugly spaces, the pain the struggle, the things we’ve worked our whole lives to avoid. That’s where we find the light, the joy and the love.

It’s just HARD. Like really freaking hard.

Anais Nin says, “We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.

It’s true.

A woman in my private Facebook group shared this Nietzsche quote with me, “You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.

For my New Moon intention this month I asked to call forward my shadow, to bring my blind spots to my attention so I can heal and navigate them, to be a greater force for expansion, for love and for good.

I’m getting what I asked for.

It was a wild week. A bit painful, and a lot INCREDIBLE. Lots of joy, love, growth, connection…and it’s ALL good.

This is living life FULLY…to accept all the parts and love ourselves anyway. @LizDiAlto

It requires the willingness to ask for help, to keep our hearts open, to fall on our knees and keep getting back up.

This is what we’re here for. This is our human experience. Poor execution is part of that sometimes.

As Michaela Boehm puts it, “…it’s good to feel that often when we get on a ‘high’ we become less sensitive and feel less outwards and we slap other people with our ‘limbs’ without noticing.”

Your heart will feel tender and you might question your desires, but you can’t stop now. Don’t go into hiding. Show up for yourself. Show up for the world. YOU matter.
