You find it true in yoga; you find it true in life… when you stretch, you fully enter the moment; you experience what a moment is; you identify who you are; you draw a correlation between the two. When you stretch, you get in touch with the implications of this moment and then the value of your relation to the moment begins to take on form.
Stretching ignites your cellular chemistry… a knowingness. This chemically demonstrates your possibilities; this clarity demonstrates the moment’s opportunities… your inner possibilities connect to the outer opportunities.
You perhaps don’t know how this will all take place at first, but you inherently know there’s a path, and there’s a map to the path. Your dreams and desires are markers on such a map… deep in that same chemistry of your cells there’s a destination… this is destiny. Destiny has a foundation within the chemistry of these possibilities… it has a relationship with the outer opportunities. The map of your possibilities; dreams; desires; plans, and goals is contained in these cells and has been unconsciously following you for millions of years while the vast human consciousness developed. The mammalian brain has been developing for over 330 million years and there’s ‘dream-memory’ in your brain cells from all that time. When you stretch into your body cells, you’re able to capture a glimpse of some of this ancient memory… it activates the desires, plans, and goals that apply directly to this present moment. This is how destiny “unfolds”… this is a benefit of yoga… it’s then maximized to be actualized through meditation.
Our prayer is that you stretch into your ‘body-glove’ every day and create a habit of capturing this sense of your wildest dreams and possibilities… your destiny; that you look around you in this heightened state of awareness and meditate on the opportunities that run parallel to these possibilities. Learn to believe this destiny is your right and your authority, and then fulfill these connections with your life. This is the nature of destiny… make it yours.
