Stinkin thinkin is a weed that can easily take over the garden of your mind and if not quickly uprooted it will eventually suck your soul into the root thinking of I Can’t.

I can’t work out because of the kids…

I can’t start the business because I don’t have time…

I can’t think straight because I never have a moment to myself…

Wait for it…

YOU ARE the keeper of your time AND

YOU dictate where your mind wanders.

Negative thoughts are an energy you can choose to tap into or combat.

I’m serious…

What energy are you propelling into the universe?

“Debbie Downer” flashes across the screen …#ignore


Debbie is full of complaints. Nothing is ever her problem and she wants you to cosign on all her negativity. And before you know it you’re sucked into her venomous energy.

You hit ignore because something sparked up on the inside. Not today Debbie.

Interesting how you can repel Debbie but struggle when your own stinkin thinkin rises to the surface.

Just a minute…my phone is ringing… “Your name across the screen.” #ignore

Reality check…

Are you the Debbie Downer in your loved ones’ life?

Your own “Cant’s” have become so repelling no one wants to deal with your sh!%, but they know You Can’t Handle the Truth.

Let’s face it, we all get negative thoughts or “weeds” that try to invade our mind.  

When that nasty weed pops up do you let it sit there, plant itself and spread or do you take that negative thought, call it rubbish, reverse it with a positive or simply push it out?

Depending on how you respond when these ugly little invaders show up in your garden dictates whether you’re a downer or a doer.

Reversing negative thoughts means dealing with the root, where did this thought come from. Next, after you identify the cause look at the facts.

Skewed perceptions alter facts and altered facts create #fakenews and fake news isn’t really news at all.

Is your self-reflection based on fake news?

I get it, everyone’s not a Positive Polly including myself, but I am able to filter the real from the fake.

I’m too old to start my own business, flip the script…if I’m still breathing…it’s never too late.
