I have a dream.

My dream is that more people in the world will be happier and healthier.

Simple, right?

I wish…

So here are my two cents today on how that may be achieved.

I have so much respect for science. And yet I wouldn’t call myself scientific.

I run energy through my heart – not my head, so I spend most of my life reasoning through my intuition rather than calculating things based on data.

They say opposites attract and…

I married someone who’s completely into research and science.

And after 20 plus years of being together, I always say she leads with her head and me through my heart and it’s a perfect blend.

We are both healthy and happy even though we access things differently.

I believe that science, spirituality and ancient wisdom are all connected and what it really comes down to is how each person approaches their life and learns best.

I find it fascinating to listen to people who research data on health because my work is totally connected to the health world however I approach it from the mind of spirit and the mind of emotion and the mind of the heart rather than the mind of the intellect.

As I said there’s not one way or a right way to approach things.

As long as the goal is health and happiness.

I believe in every cell of my body that our bodies are miraculous machines. They are constantly trying to correct the mistakes That humans make and try to work with whatever it is that we give them.

Humans find so many excuses to not live healthy, happy lives.

So, if you feed your body highly processed food, negative thoughts and hang out with negative people, carry resentment and anger, your body has to process it and yet your body, even with all that vile input still tries to come into balance and works around all the bad stuff.

Sugar is not good for our bodies and we become addicted to it because we release dopamine… the feel-good hormone in our brain, so physically and emotionally we become dependent on SUGAR… it not only tastes good it makes us feel good so we want more and we crave more in our brains which gives us a false sense of happiness.

So, while the body’s natural state is to be in balance, humans choose things that take us out of balance and then blame the body.

Let me repeat what I said earlier, human beings find all kinds of excuses not to live healthy happy lives.

In short, we treat the body like crap.

It gets sick. We blame it. and then expect doctors to take us back into balance.

Medical intervention works however, drugs often will take the body out of balance. I believe that so much illness, and depression could be eliminated if people would have more respect for their bodies in the first place and live in prevention mode versus negligent mode.

It seems to me with all the knowledge that we are exposed to on the internet these days and I know there’s so much that people don’t understand what is truth and what is fiction.

This is where science and research comes in because if people are confused about what’s right for them they can study the science and see for themselves what is right for them.

Everyone has access to science, to spirituality and to healthy emotional and mental lives.  And from someone who experiences how connected we are energetically, I cannot force anyone to believe what I do.

And that doesn’t mean that I’m not going to continue to try to wake people up about what’s possible in their lifetimes.

Suffering is optional for all of us.

While money can make our lives easier, it is not a recipe either for happiness because we know that lots of people with lots of money kill themselves every day from addiction and depression.

So, getting healthy and happy and taking care of ourselves is not for the “rich and famous” nor is it for “special” people.

We all have access to science, information, consciousness, spirituality, and to deny that and wither away into helplessness is something I hope to see a lot less of in my lifetime and certainly not in this coming year.

My wish for you is that you find new healthy habits and take this opportunity as a rebirth from all kinds of things that never worked for you anyway.

And if you’re somebody like me who already has healthy habits, please pass this on to somebody that you know and love that needs to read this.

Please feel free to share below what your intentions are for change moving forward.
