The heart is the first organ created in the body, and the last organ to function when the body is expiring. Think about the very first beat of your heart . . . that initial beat, and then think of the ultimate beat . . . the very last beat of your life. In between the initial beat, and the ultimate beat, there’s the story of your life based upon four, to six, to seven billion beats of your heart. With each one of these beats, two million red blood cells are created and sent into your bloodstream. In these red blood cells, the complete attitude of your life — at this very moment — is recorded in the magnetic field of the red ‘iron-rich’ liquid. This is why you do meditations for eleven minutes — it’s a volume of newly created blood.

This is why you do meditations for thirty-one minutes, and sixty-two minutes — these are additional volumes of newly created blood. This is why you do meditations for forty days; one hundred-twenty days, and a thousand days — this is the vast additional quantities of blood, all possessing an attitude that’s fundamental to guiding your life . . . your intentional life. The body is run like a true democracy, and the red blood cells all have a vote as to who you are in any moment. Every time you bow to the master within you — you are tuning this democracy and its relationship to infinity. The surrender of bowing acknowledges that time is a continuum — like a Möbius strip — no beginning and no end. The ultimate beat of your ultimate heart already exists in the initial beat of your initial heart.

You already are who you ultimately are . . . who and what you are to be, you are right now . . . that’s the nature of infinity . . . of a seed. You’re here to recognize this ‘seed’ phenomenon of infinity, and invest your ‘ultimate’ wisdom into this ‘initial’ moment.

Our prayer is that you recognize this phenomenon as reality; that you know this in your heart; that you play in the magnetic fields of your heartfelt abilities, and lift all those around you like an ocean of tides. This is your birthright; it’s also your responsibility, and therefore it’s within your power to lift and shift this moment forever.
