How often are we thinking AND speaking phrases like these:

I am SO tired of this.
I am SO sick of that.
I am SO stuck right now.

When we use the phrase I AM anything that follows those two words becomes a command for our body to respond to. This is such a powerful understanding when it comes to the healing process.

When you notice a negative statement coming into your focus, take a deep breath and say to yourself, “CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL”. Take another slow deep breath, inhaling through the nose, exhaling out through the mouth. A great image for this is a garden. Consider negative thoughts and words like weeds overtaking a beautiful garden. When you stop, breathe, and create a change in your thought pattern, it’s as if you are pulling up weeds to make room for all those beautiful flowers. Over time you will notice yourself feeling more relaxed and supported — for no reason other than you have learned to control Negative Nelly living in your mind!

I love being a Medical Intuitive. Partly because I am incredibly gifted at what I do, but mostly because the work is so unique and is truly a profound experience. I have a great relationship with my clients, both old and new. Sometimes when clients get on the phone they say things like, “Okay, do your magic!”

Although I do very powerful energy work during sessions, I always laugh and remind people that true healing comes from their consistent habits. On the other end of the phone I often hear a giggle/grumble combination, usually followed by, “What?! I have to take responsibility?”

The body truly can heal itself if we feed it the right nutrients consistently and pay attention to the dialogue and thoughts we are LITERALLY FEEDING the body. @intuitionheals (Click to Tweet!)

How are you physically feeling? Could your thought process be contributing to making you feel not so great? It is definitely worth some focus if you are wanting to heal your body from the inside out! I guarantee you!

Huge hugs!
