Have you ever wondered why you “click” more with some people than others? Most people refer to that as chemistry. I refer to it as an “Energetic Alignment.”
Energetic alignment means that your energy is a match with someone else’s
You will not vibe with everyone, but when you DO vibe, it’s an incredible feeling.
We are all made up of energy and actually, everything is made up of energy – not just people. When you fall in love, you fall in love with someone’s energy, not the actual person, which is fascinating to me!
The reason why aligned energy is so powerful in manifesting is that everything is a reflection, so you want your energy to be on point and up to par to attract the right energy match for you!
When you are intrigued and feel alive in someone’s presence, it’s because your energies are aligned, and they are reflecting a part of YOU, to you. For example, if you are sitting at a table with your date at dinner and you feel lit up inside, that’s a fantastic indication that your energies are aligned and the wonderful things that you see in that person, YOU actually have inside, so that’s why it feels so incredible and magnetic.
A soulmate feels like “home” because your energies align so well.
Energetic alignment is crucial in manifesting the right person for you. There are tons of random couples in the world. Anyone can get married, but to marry the RIGHT one for you is a different story; it’s different when there’s a deep connection. It’s an outer-worldly connection versus a random surface relationship.
If you aren’t in touch with your intuition and you’re not checking in with your feelings and how it “feels” energetically in your date’s presence, you might miss it.
If you are too focused on fear, you might not be tuned-in enough to see what’s right in front of you. On the flip side, if you are only looking at someone’s surface, you will get a surface relationship and miss having the opportunity to feel pure bliss!
Ideally, you want your energy and vibration to be as high and as authentically “you” as possible to manifest your match, but what does it mean to be vibrating at a high vibration or high-frequency level?
Operating at a high frequency means that you are mentally and emotionally healthy, happy, and thriving. You are optimistic and have a positive attitude. You BELIEVE that good things are going to happen for you. You look at everything in life as happening FOR you, not TO you. Everything is an opportunity for growth and upliftment. There’s no victim mode, only great, high-vibe-ing, and THRIVING mode. There’s no believing in lack or scarcity; only abundance.
When you are operating at a high-frequency vibration, you are open to receiving, and you are in the flow of life; things can happen the way they are supposed to.
It is helpful to be aware that like energy attracts like energy. For example, if your vibration and energy are low, you will attract a low-energy partner. If your vibration is high, you are more likely to attract those positive, motivating, and motivated people into your life that you desire because you are probably bouncing with high energy and a positive attitude. When you are operating at a high vibration, opportunities seem to fall in your lap. You are in the FLOW.
When you are in the flow of life, you’ve left the past in the past and you are in the here and now. There’s no stagnant energy holding you back or preventing things from coming in; it’s pure freedom, and you are FREE.
Once you feel like you’re residing at a high vibration, you won’t want to lose the momentum and the incredible feelings. Make sure that you do everything possible to protect yourself from negative and stressful people and circumstances and make sure that you are practicing self-care. Be aware of your inner world, because anxiety and stress can 100% affect your energy and vibrations if you let them.
If you have relationship stress, financial stress, job stress, or friends or family stress, it could affect you and keep you existing in “low-vibration land,” but you have the power to rise above and not let those things affect you. Trust that everything happens in divine timing, and you will get through the tough times by staying strong in who you are and keeping your vibration high.

#1. Be aware of your thoughts
Everything you think, say, or feel becomes your reality. Every single thought that comes into your head has an impact on you. When you change those thoughts for the positive, your reality will become positive too.
I know it’s easier said than done when you’re going through a difficult or low-vibration time; however, the next time a negative thought shows up in your head, take the time to acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and then dismiss it and turn it around for the positive.
#2. Be grateful
When you are filled with gratefulness, the universe naturally brings you more reasons to feel grateful because the universe brings us what we focus on.
Making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from focusing on what you DON’T have to what is already abundant in your life. There is more to be grateful for than you could possibly imagine and more abundance out there just waiting for you to be open to receiving it!
#3. Self-Forgiveness
Forgive yourself for anything that you feel you have done wrong. The universe has already forgiven you, so you need to forgive yourself. Staying in a negative place filled with guilt keeps you in a low vibration. Instead of feeling guilty, replace it with self-forgiveness, and your vibration will automatically rise.
#4. Meditate
Meditation helps to calm you down and puts you in a peaceful state of mind. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and breathe in and out. Do this for as long or as little time as you wish. Too often, we rush through our days with a scattered brain, leaving us in a state of anxiety and stress. A little meditation can make massive shifts in raising your vibration.
#5. Visualize what you want
If you want to bring in your soulmate to your life, start to visualize what life would be like with this person. Imagine walking down the street with this person, sharing a romantic dinner, or a tropical vacation. Simply imagining and visualizing how you will feel when you are with this person can simulate it. Suddenly, you will start to feel those amazing feelings, and your vibration has been lifted.
#6. Exercise
Vibration requires movement. The more you move, the more your vibrations flow. So, get Active! Exercise, dance, go swimming, or run around the block. Do whatever it is that you desire to do. The happier you feel, the more you will draw in happy experiences because you are operating at a different frequency.
#7. Drink water
Make sure you drink plenty of water to assist your body in flushing out toxicity daily. Toxicity has a significant impact on our vibration, so we must do what we can to reduce its effects within us and around us. Make sure that you drink water from a glass, not plastic.
#8. Practice being in service to others
Joy raises your vibration and helps people feel less depressed and anxious. I am always doing my best to spread the word to help inspire people to know the extraordinary benefits of service.
Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough or LACK mentality” to “I have MORE than enough to give to others. Being kind brings you to a high vibration. If you talk poorly about others or mistreat others, your vibration will suffer, and you will exist in negative and “low vibration land.”
#9. Eat Healthy Food
Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, and some at lower frequencies. Berries have a high vibration as well as spinach and all greens. A greasy taco and nachos, not so much. Eat organic and natural as much as possible. If you are taking in foods covered in chemicals and pesticides, or foods found within plastic packaging, it will leave you vibrating at a lower frequency. On the other hand, eat Organic and natural, and feel the high vibrations flow throughout your entire system.
#10. LAUGH
Laughter is good for the soul.
When you laugh, your body physically relaxes, which relaxes your whole system; body, mind, and soul.
Find the person who makes you laugh the most and spend some time with them and see how you feel after. I guarantee that you will feel lighter and higher, existing with a higher vibration, which gives you a natural HIGH!
The great news about raising your vibration is that it has nothing to do with anyone else. You have a choice to operate at a low vibration, or you can choose to rise above. The higher you vibe, the faster you will manifest love because the higher the vibe, the more authentic you’ll be showing up in life. When you show up authentically in life, everything unfolds beautifully right before your eyes in the exact way that it is supposed to unfold.
