Prior to this conversation with my friend LeAnn Rimes, I’d just come out of a few months of excellent suffering. It was a cocktail of physical pain and anxious processing. It was training me how to surf the world upheaval. I’m grateful for it now. But whoa.
LeAnn has an exquisite heart and she knows a lot about what anxiety can do to your body and spirit—and how to heal and carry on. This conversation is intimate. With our shared challenges, and our dedication to God and love, we keep cheering each other on. We hope you feel it spilling out to you.
We talk about healing anxiety, creativity, a bit of romantic relationships, and of course… music.
This one goes deep. Please listen in. Here’s to healing!
AND! AND! AND! LeAnn’s album, CHANT is devotional gorgeousness. You’ll dance AND cry. Every month in our HEART CENTERED MEMBERSHIP I sneak one of these tracks onto our playlist. Sing Love into the World…
