I have been in practice as a Medical Intuitive for over twenty-two years. I have heard so many stories, seen so many health cases that have been given no hope, completely turn around. People think it’s magic when they heal because of what they have been told by highly respectable people.

When clients come to me looking for support and guidance, I consistently look for common denominators in lifestyle, diet, and health — to see the best place to anchor in and commit to the journey and path of their wellness. My job is to find the core and true cause of the health issue at hand, to find the seed of where all of the symptoms stem from, and to help people learn to heal from the inside out.

Over the years, I have learned that we can change diets, meditate, and stand on our heads for hours. We use affirmations, take supplements and green powders, and do all kinds of incredible things to help us feel better and more supported. However, when we stop doing these things, often times we feel the same way as when we started…and can easily become defeated.

Across the board, I have seen one issue consistent in all cases of dis-ease with the people I have worked with. The consistent issue is high levels of internalized stress that the body simply doesn’t know how to process.

Since the body doesn’t know how to process stress, it holds onto it in the form of acid, inflammation, and potentially weakens vulnerable parts of one’s body.

Our bodies are brilliant. They really are. Now, don’t get me wrong. Diet and nutritional support are a VERY important part of helping the body physically heal. To help the body heal, we need to fuel and feed it in a way so that it CAN heal.

However, I am going to invite you to take a really slow, deep breath right now. Breathe in through the nose… hold it for the count of six…now, slowly, exhale through the mouth. Do this a few times. Notice any difference with how you physically or emotionally feel?

Please don’t underestimate the power of worry and stress.

When you feel worried and stressed, please take a deep breath so that your body feels supported by you. Let this be the foundation of your healing process. I promise you that your body and mind will thank you tremendously!

Here is to a healthy and joy-filled life!
