15 years ago, I didn’t know what the word freedom really meant.

If I was honest with myself, I would say that I thought I was free.

Today, I understand that freedom begins within. Freeing ourselves from the shackles of our own minds.

I’ve had the honor of working with thousands of people to dive deep and experience the power of the mind.

We all want to believe that if we just think positive thoughts and create beautiful vision boards, we will have everything we want. We envision the trip to Bali, the laptop-in-a-box work week and the love of our life wrapped up in a bow and delivered to our front door. And in reality, we expect it.

Then find ourselves wondering why it didn’t work, what went wrong, and how to have what we truly want.

What is it the missing key? The secret? Our emotions.

Our emotions are our inner guidance system. When we are in tune with our own gps, we can create everything our hearts desire. When we are out of tune, similar to hearing a song sung at a karaoke bar way out of tune, we will create everything we truly don’t want.

There is a method that I created that will guide you into clarity and reset your gps point within minutes that I call the Emotional Reset Method.

This method saves you from having to meditate for hours a day or simply just keep wishing that your life will change.

It is the key to correcting your life’s path every time you feel that you have veered off track and bumble up against the wall that feels like a never-ending speed bump.

In my recent Beauty and the Mess podcast with Jessica Mahalaris, Entrepreneur, Influencer and Owner of @refinednbyjm, I guide her through this method in her life and business. Jess opens her mind and heart to my Emotional Reset Method and discovers the secret to finding more freedom.

The way Jess describes her experience is, “Before you can feel dark, tense, weighted down. But after? A sense of calm. A sense that everything will be alright. You have cleared space in your mind, heart, body, and spirit to create all that you know you can do.”

That is freedom.

Take a moment to watch, learn, and try it for yourself! If you want to learn more, I just released my new book, Love the Mess, that is a guide to changing your life, over and over again, when you need to let things go, grow your potential, or nurture relationships.
