Take a moment to peak inward into your heart.

The heart holds the wisdom that we seek. @CosmicChristine (Click to Tweet!)

Well, what did she tell you? What did that well of wisdom from the heart whisper to you? Or perhaps she yelled it at you?

Take a paper and journal it down. Writing has power.

There are times in our lives, where things go wrong; unexpected bills come in, a health problem pops up, a death, a break up, a betrayal. There are times where it may seem the universe is not in your favor, and you may find yourself losing hope.

But the reality is, that what may seem like a curse on the surface, is often times an invitation for a blessing on the other end.

Now, this does not mean that it still won’t suck and there won’t be grief and sadness when things go wrong. Feel your feelings, go through your process, and get support. And when you are ready, lift yourself up and look for the growth. Look for the opportunity to pivot into the lesson. Seek the miracle.

When you seek, you shall find. Seek the good and the good will come. It isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it.

So if you are going through a difficult time, I encourage you to feel it and nurture yourself through it and then seek the lesson.

Where can you allow yourself to grow through this? Don’t waste a moment of pain. Alchemize the pain to purpose, alchemist the wounds to wisdom.

What lesson can you learn through a difficult time you are facing or have faced? Share in the comments below! When we invite in the possibility that growth and transformation is on the other side of the difficulty, a new beginning can come in. Sometimes we must get pushed to our limit so we can open new doors.

This is your invitation for a new beginning.
