No matter where you are right now, your life has changed. We are learning to adapt to a new normal that not one single person has ever experienced.

While it may feel overwhelming and create more anxiety than you may be used to, there is so much possibility available when we can release the anxiety and open to our creativity and confidence.

I will be the first to admit that I find myself in multiple states throughout the day.

On the first week of shelter-in-place, I decided to pull my manuscript, Love the Mess, from my publisher (which would take a minimum of 18 months to get out to you) and publish immediately on Amazon and share my roadmap to personal and professional success that will help you navigate these uncertain times. I’ve been heads down and focused (like 12 hour a day focused) on editing my book.

Each day is inspiring, stressful, exciting, scary, overwhelming, surreal, sad,  joyful… you name it, all in a day’s time.

I have been forced more than ever to use my tools, release the blocks holding me back, and create what is in my heart. We have so much potential within, we just don’t often have the tools to reprogram the thought patterns that are holding us back and access what we most desire.

The most powerful tool I have been using is my Emotional Reset Method. This method is a powerful life reset system I coined and created from my mentor, Dr. Coletta Long, a world-renowned pioneer for over 65 years in working with the subconscious mind, who has gifted me with the legacy of her life’s work,

You hold so much beauty and power within, this is your time to learn how to take charge of the emotions that are leading you to everything you don’t want, and create what you’ve been dreaming of.

The beauty of now is that there is so much free knowledge online for you to invest your time in and grow. I highly recommend to choose at least one thing you feel led to so that you can stimulate your mind and creativity. That said, I also encourage you to practice going inward and tuning into you. Taking this time to get to know yourself at a deeper level. Any emotions or past memories that are coming up for you right now are a gift. They are surfacing for you to heal and grow. It’s as if we are going through a collective dark night of the soul right now and in the dark, the light will always win.

In my recent podcast with Alexandra Potora, Entrepreneur & Social Media Influencer, Alexandra authentically shares how traumatic events from childhood have been resurfacing during Covid-19 and the tools she is using to move forward.  Her story is a powerful story of inner stamina, hope, and empowerment.

How are you making of the most of this time and giving yourself the space for healing for the challenges you are facing?

Watch below to join Alexandra and I as she shares how to take your power back and move forward during these uncertain times. I want to hear from you on what you are doing now and what you’re inspired to start to implementing. Let’s get the real conversations started below!
